Access and hours
How we reach the units — hatch, ladder or lift — who holds the keys, whether an escort is needed, and when we are allowed on site. That saves a wasted visit.
When it feels wrong
Is it worse at night, in the afternoon, after rain? Did it start after a replacement? Those answers tell us more than the thermostat reading.
If you smell gas
Leave the building, and call the gas utility or 911 from outside — before calling us. An emergency response is faster than a contractor.
